Go to Blogger.com
Click on the Create Your Blog Now arrow
Read the terms of service agreement and fill out the required information that is requested by the instructions. You will need to create your own unique username.
Choose a name for your blog. Choose one that is memorable and is related to the information that you will be publishing about. Type in the name and press continue.
You have the option of choosing the default template design or you can choose a template from one of the other options. If you have any HTML skills then you can amend the source code to create a custom design.
